There are those of us that just like quilting all the time.  So we made smaller groups that focus on a particular subject of quilting.  Some of these groups are currently full (though you might like to see what they are doing)- others are open and would welcome you to come to join them. If you would be interested in joining or forming a small group, send a short email message.  Your message will be forwarded to the member who best fills your individual technique.

  • Block of the Month (available for members only)
    • Mittens - Due at the December meeting
    • SnowChurn - Due at the January meeting

New Mystery Quilt - (available for members only)

    • A new Mystery will begin starting in January
  • Community Service   - 2010 dates will be announced soon

The guild sponsors two groups that make quilts for people in need i.e.. Illness or catastrophic events such as a house fire. The daytime group is Community Quilters and the nighttime group is Night Owls. If you are unable to attend one of these workshops and you would like to do work at home, please let Marty know and work will be provided to you. As an ongoing project, the paper-pieced Log Cabin and Pineapple sheets with centers to match existing blocks, will be available at guild meetings, to work on at home until they run out.  If you would like a quilt for someone with a serious illness, who you know would enjoy receiving a quilt, please let Marty know.  Please remember that all dates are weather permitting, any questions, please call.   2009 Calendar Year Dates are listed below – Won’t you mark your calendar in advance – so you’ll be sure to remember to join us. Fabric and most notions will be provided. Dates subject to change due to consensus of the group
